Bio of Jenny D’Angelo

Jenny has been involved with words and spirituality for most of her life.

Born, raised, and educated in Massachusetts, she did graduate work at Oxford University in England;
was the international editor for Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, living in an ashram for years. Subsequently

she studied with leaders and founders of many contemporary and ancient ways of healing, including

her mentor, Dorie D’Angelo, and American-born spiritual teacher Gangaji.

Of her mission with poetry, Jenny says:

I live at the center of poetry, sound and light.

Words fall short of the experience, yet I love words;

the formulation of expression and the following of light.

I love the magical properties of words and tones for healing and inspiration.

Arriving now at the crossroads of mind, heart and soul, I am

Come surprisingly to this wonderful opportunity to work with Robert,

to integrate these strands in such an elegant way.

I think poetry can widen the interface between the daily and the spiritual.

Robert lives in that wide mind and so it is my great honor to have these poems

included in his teaching materials. It is a very deep compliment.

Jenny has been Robert’s personal assistant since 1999.

She currently lives in Santa Cruz, in a little bungalow by the ocean,

with her three chickens and their lovely blue-green eggs.
