Robert Dilts has been a developer, author, trainer and consultant in the field of NLP since its creation in 1975 by John Grinder and Richard Bandler. A long time student and colleague of both Grinder and Bandler, Robert also studied personally with Milton H. Erickson M.D. and Gregory Bateson. In addition to spearheading the applications of NLP in the areas of education, creativity, health and leadership, his personal contributions to the field of NLP include much of the seminal work on the NLP techniques of Strategies and Belief Systems and the development of what has become known as 'Systemic NLP.' Robert was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2018 International NLP Conference to acknowledge his role in continuing to sustain and evolve the discipline. Teresa Bruner (Epstein) has been the coordinator of NLP University since its foundation in 1991. Teresa was the wife of late NLP trainer and developer Todd Epstein, and an early acquaintance of Richard Bandler. Teresa attended the University of California at Santa Cruz, where she earned her degree in Environmental Planning and Public Policy and was one of the first people to be awarded the Environmental Studies degree.

Judith DeLozier, a leader in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, has been a trainer, co-developer and designer of training programs since 1975. A member of John Grinder and Richard Bandler's original group of students, Judith has made fundamental contributions to the development of numerous NLP models and processes, including he fundamental NLP technique of Reframing. A student of Milton Erickson, Judith modeled his tracking strategy for creating and utilizing trance states and metaphors. In the book Turtles All the Way Down: Prerequisites to Personal Genius (1987), which she co-authored with John Grinder, Judith explored the interrelationships between NLP and the threads of culture, community, art, aesthetics and epistemology. The result of this work was the creation of 'NLP New Coding.'

Kris Hallbom is an internationally recognized trainer, author and coach. Kris began studying NLP in 1987 while obtaining her degree in Psychology, and went on to become a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP. Recognized for her ability to translate complex ideas into practical skills, and for her warm, approachable style, Kris has trained and coached clients throughout the world. She is the co-founder of the NLP and Coaching Institute, and is a contributing author to the best selling books, Alternative Medicine: The Definitive Guide and Innovations in NLP. Tim Hallbom is an internationally known trainer and developer in the fields of coaching, hypnotherapy, and NLP. He has been involved in the field of NLP since 1979, and has been delivering trainings throughout the world since then. Tim has always been more than a trainer. Throughout his career he has consistently provided therapy, coaching and consulting with individuals and organizations around the globe. Tim’s own institute, the NLP and Coaching Institute, which he runs with his wife and partner Kris, is an internationally recognized institute known for its quality of training and high integrity. Judith Lowe is one of the most experienced, committed, effective and engaging teachers in NLP. She has worked for many years with clients from a diverse range of professional backgrounds, in the public and private sectors, at every level of NLP, providing innovative, in-depth skills-based NLP training and coaching. She is known for her warmth, wit and wide reading, as well as her overall dedication to giving her students and clients the very best of advanced, systemic NLP. Suzi Smith is an NLP trainer and co-founder of Anchor Point. She began conducting NLP Certification Trainings in 1985 and has been active in bringing NLP skills into people’s lives in many locations throughout the world since that time. Her trainings are respected for their excellence in providing real-world skills that are practical and useful, and she is known for her ability to make even the most complicated process understandable and easy to learn. Robbie Steinhouse is the founder of and Head of Training for NLP School in London, UK. He is also a business leader, NLP Master Trainer, coach and published author. Robbie teaches around the world and has acquired a reputation for combining a deep seriousness about personal development with a lively wit and good-humored skepticism about the more outlandish aspects of the industry. His first book, Think Like an Entrepreneur was published by Prentice Hall in 2008. Brilliant Decision Making and How to Coach with NLP followed in 2010.
